They even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a personalised note when we checked into our room, as we were there to celebrate our anniversary and son's milestone birthday. "The suites are quite nice. The hotel is a bit understaffed as they rarely answer the phone, but nice staff when you were physically standing in front of them at the front desk. Food at the hotel itself was mediocre. Location was the main detractor. Too far out of town and taxis take awhile to call. "
