Fabulous breakfast, helpful lovely staff, amazing location by the main shopping / dining street and rainbow road, wonderful bed and shower, and quiet. We got lucky with parking but I suspect it could be a challenge like any city center hotel depending on your timing. Highly recommend.

Hotel is located on the main shopping street in old town, very convenient. Staff very helpful with questions and directions. There is no bellman so guests are responsible for moving their luggage around. Room was very nice but desk counter top was peeling off.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately overall the property has gone downhill since the last time we stayed there in 2021. The rooms are very rundown, pillows are horrific and the mattress is in desperate need of replacement. In addition the room was extremely hot with poor ventilation.

The hotel is within walking distance of most of the major attractions in downtown. Fantastic staff and the boutique hotel is as advertised very nice room exceptionally clean and neat. They could use more electric outlets for all of today’s electronics. The bar staff were great and friendly. It was a great experience
