"Room was very basic, like a college dorm room—no rug, small refrigerator. We had reserved two twin beds and got one queen bed instead. When I emailed to try to get a room with two twin beds, the contact person sent one email with no information and never changed the room. Good location."

"Loved our stay here! The breakfast was amazing!!! And the location couldn't better!! The room was spacious and had more space than we needed. It was so nice to have a couch to relax in after walking the sitting. Parking is limited, so if you'd like to reserve a spot, reach out ahead of your stay to ensure you have one if you have a car. I loved not having to worry about finding a spot on the street. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the street and the room was very quiet and the view was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at CityHub Reykjavik. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared facilities, which really stood out. The amenities were excellent, and the hot tub was a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The room itself was clean, warm, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind. What really made the experience even better was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay.
