"The Red Rock Resort and Spa was AMAZING!!!! The property is clean, quiet and offers plenty to do on the property and off. The staff was fantastic everywhere we went. Definitely going back!!!!"

"The front desk reservationist was great! Pleasant, respectful and courteous. I'm still in the room and not checking out until 11am. reserved two rooms. One room was outstanding. However, the second room doesn't appear to be clean enough. The bathroom dpor cannot close. I noticed the hinge needs fixing. There are dirt prints on the bathroom door that has not been cleaned in months. The door is white, so everything is visible. The a/c isn't working properly. The tub doesn't look too clean. I am disappointed with this room. I haven't contacted the front desk because I just want to rest. I drove for 8 hours, I'm exhausted and don't want to gather my belongings to move to another room."
