This property could be nice if it was managed properly. It has a nice breakfast buffet, the rooms ar of a nice size and in a nice area, but that’s all that it has to offer. Our rooms had mold growing in the shower, the floors were sticky in front of the bathroom sink, and the sink was clogged with hair. Some of the staff were awful! We arrived at the hotel at midnight after traveling for over 13 hours. The front desk agent was snippy from the beginning. I handed her my credit card and I asked before she ran it if it was ok to use that particular card. She assured me that it was and charged my card the over 800 in fees. A few minutes after she ran my card she informed me that she had made a mistake and that she couldn’t use that card and would have to return the money to my card or cancel the reservation. I explained that it would take 3 days for the money to show back up in my card and that would be leaving me stranded, she actually looked at me shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well, nothing I can do.” I was furious and said that we would just sleep in their lobby. She proceeded to call Expedia while I tried to get Expedia online, and her coworker called the police! Fortunately we finally got someone on the phone at Expedia that told her to honor the card since she had already run it. It was an hour of back and forth, and the entire time their attitude was not my problem, don’t care if you are out in the cold. The last time I ever stay at a Hampton Inn.
