"Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is a bit dated as is often the case with this type of old British Hotel. Part of Best Western Group. I personally found the duvet (twin room) awful. Was way to big for single bed, so dragging on the floor, a bit square (to wide & to short) and exceedingly heavy. Never known anything like it before! That aside a very nice stay."
