"The room we had was incredible, amazing views, privacy, we were blown away. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no fridge. So we couldn’t keep our water bottles cold. We also tried to take showers around 11:30pm and no water came out, it just had no water pressure. So we tried in the morning and it worked. Breakfast was great. "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, great location. They had a really good massage special right on the beach that we both enjoyed. Loved the free sun beds too! My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! Overall a great place especially for the price. "

"The hotel was very unique. Check-in experience was good... the drive to the hotel was a bit nerve wracking but, that is probably any resort in Tulum. Food while we were there at the resort was good, not amazing, but a solid breakfast. Service could probably be improved on, but they were busy and I could have learned the language. Room was clean, unique and shower was amazing. The acoustics in the room on Saturday night could not keep up with the music from the surrounding areas. Beach was well kept... everyone was fighting the seaweed the weekend we were there. Staff were very pleasant. We asked for additional waters, and they were very prompt with the delivery of those. I appreciated not having a TV in our room. My wife really enjoyed the spa. Plunge pool was a bit too cold for enjoying... but would have been perfect for late spring or summer. We will be back again but will stay for longer... and enjoy some of the classes that they had available. "
