"This villa is amazing. Absolutely awesome! We loved every minute of our 6 night stay. Kalea and Santos made it such an enjoyable experience. Even when the A/C crapped out in our bedroom, they had it fixed immedietely, plus there are tons of fans to keep the air moving. Such an awe-inspiring amount of love and work went into the building of this structure. Santos, take a bow sir. I am saving my pennies and counting the days until I am back in that hammock on the front porch!!"

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"

"The description of Tranquillo is spot on. We travelled with 2 families, 4 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-15. The house is comfortable and spacious. The pool and outdoor grilling area far surpassed my expectations. Rincon is a great area to travel with family or friends. I highly recommend this property. The communication with property management was fast and friendly. I cannot wait to return!"

"We visit Rincon every year now for the past 12 years. Villa Descalza was the perfect location for peaceful mornings and evenings spent on the patio with view of the ocean. The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location for access to restaurants and beaches was ideal. Walk down the hill and there you are. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower was a plus and although we didn't need it the patio was still usable during a rainstorm as they have electric awnings that protect it from...

"We arrived to find a fantastic residence. Lots of room to stretch out and relax on the back deck with great views. Short walk to beach , but do realize this location is on a hill so the walk is steep. We were here to surf and surf we did , Sandy Beach is just down the street and Domes and Marie's beach is a 10 min drive away. Coming hm to a nice outside shower was great with the kids. "We have rented Coralina Del Mar several times - it's one of our favorite spots in Rincon - it truly is such a unique and special place. The house is adequately equipped with kitchen and bath supplies. The linens are nice and the beds are comfy. The bedroom lay out is nice in that there are several options for both couples and singles, and plenty of bathrooms for all to share. Some of the furnishings, fixtures and finishes are a little tired or out dated, but overall, the aesthetic is relaxing...

"We loved our stay. The pool was perfection, the outdoor kitchen was incredible for grilling up all our fresh caught fish, and the house had ample space for two families to stay comfortably. We loved our location and took several day trips to check out waterfalls, other beach areas, etc. the team was super responsive with any issues or questions that arose and otherwise everything was very clear and easy!"

"We loved Villa Nicky it was everything we wanted. The townhome had everything we needed, from towels to paper products. The location was close to town and beautiful. Marco and Magda were wonderful hosts actually one of the best we have encountered using VRBO. They left us complimentary coffee, wine and water which made us so happy after our red eye flight. Marco would text us suggestions of what to do which we truly appreciated. They even brought us a blender due to a craving for Pina Coladas....
