"We felt right at home in this unit. Hearing the waves and being able to sit on the porch and watch the ocean was relaxing. The third bathroom was not in a bedroom, but it worked out OK - we told our teenage grandson that was his! The property manager, Grizelle (sp) was very accommodating. We enjoyed our 4 day stay immensely."

"Renters BEWARE: On March 26, 2019, my family checked into this Villa. We immediately felt apprehensive when we noticed the slick tile in the patio area. From a far, it looked very slick and upon closer inspection, you can clearly see that it is wet from ocean spray. Additionally, the wall that separates the balcony from the water is only 2-3 feet tall. Anyone could slip and fall over. To further exemplify this concern, my two year old daughter fell outside. "The house was big enough for five people (3 adults 2 kids). The bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with coffee machine, dishes, etc. The dining room table was large enough for us to have dinner together a few nights during our stay. During the early morning and evenings there is passing work traffic but overall the area was quiet. The area was nice and local to many different spots. There was a local small restaurant about 6 minutes away called Los Gapo...

"I booked this property based on excellent reviews and I'm so glad I did. John is an outstanding host. His property is clean and very well-run. It has everything one needs for an enjoyable beach vacation. John even provided beach chairs. He gave us great advice on places to see and things to do in PR. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of fruit, pastries, yogurt and hot sandwiches. John even accomodated my specific dietary needs. His property exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time in PR thanks to John's hospitality."
