Raul and his staff Laura were excellent. They make us feel like home. The pool was neat and clean, refreshing. Highly recommend and the beach and market are pretty close.

It's located on PR-102 with easy access to many places on the West Cost. In the evening the road was pretty noisy with loud music and motorcycle but fortunately not for too long. Raul, the owner, is very dedicated in making his guests stay very pleasant. The kitchenet is OK with very basic amenities. We enjoy our stay and recommend it for anyone who like to be with real people, real Puerto Rican, that's a very good place to stay.

Comfortable spot

Nice spot, beach across the street is not swimmable but other beaches are a few minutes' drive. There's a/c in each bedroom. Would have been nice if they had beach towels, and items to take to the beach. Everything else is nice, big area, and comfortable beds.

Fantastic experience. Cute, clean cottage. Literally across the street, maybe 30 meters, from a beach where I got this sunset pic. Very friendly and responsive owner who was on the premises. Beautiful clean pool. Felt safe, clean, comfortable. Decor, bedding, fixtures all felt upscale and new. was traveling solo but it would have been great for a little family or a honeymoon. Highly recommend!

It was ok

The property is across the narrow and somewhat busy road from what looked like a nice beach. Unfortunately our property was protected by iron gates and fence and the empty area across the street had a chain link fence protecting it. That said, it was comfortable, if a little spartan, and folks drove elsewhere to the beach. What was really great was the nearby waterfront restaurant Valmar, where we enjoyed a spectacular sunset meal.

Nice view. Very friendly owners helpful if you needed anything. Nice clean inside air-conditioned in the bedrooms. The three bedroom had a couch and a full kitchen and a kitchen table along with a bunk bed and one bedroom. Two queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. One is a shower and toilet. The other one is just a toilet we'll totally recommend

The place was ok. But I rented an apartment or studio. My son which was playing ball had a problem where he was going to stay and I told him to stay w us. The next Raul (which says he’s the manager) called me saying the owner saw thru the cameras (doesn’t have a sign saying your being recorded) that someone else stayed there. I tried calling Raul that same night and never got in touched w him to see if it was going to be a problem. They charged me $37 extra. And I rented the whole thing. Seemed a little greedy. It states the apartment holds up to 4 people. No place did I see it charges pp. Would never stay here again!!

Bed was very squeaky and loud and a little saggy. . Every time I rolled over the noise woke me. Check in instructions were very detailed but surprisingly unclear. No check out instructions until asking the host so not clear if anything extra like cleaning was required. Bathroom door was crooked and would not shut. WiFi was ok but frequently caused the spinning wheel. Verizon and T-Mobile cellular connections were both faster than WiFi. Recommend Starlink as it is likely better than current internet provider. On the positive side, Hosts were very responsive. Local Coffee was fantastic. Ac worked great. Parking was well marked and organized.
