"The staff were the most welcoming and helpful people I’ve ever met on my trip to China, They allowed me to borrow their phone for emergencies, and the location is in a great place with lots of tasty restaurants. The place is also very wide, clean, well-maintained with no bad smells whatsoever. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Shanghai and Shanghai Disney. The free shuttles between the airport and Disney were amazing as well. Will look forward to staying here again!! It is a very foreigner friendly hotel."

"The hotel was convenient to the airport and better than what i expected - however not the best at the price. There are no nearby food outlets and the restaurant food wasnt great. Airport terminals are 20 mins away by the airport shuttle offered by the hotel. However - not reliable. I got dropped off but the bus often drove pass when it came to picking up customers - it was random. The next day the bus didnt even do a pick up at the sister hotel - despite being one of the stops on route. I ended up reporting this back to expedia and the staff at the hotel who didnt seem to care - not their problem. In the end, i got taxi's as it was more reliable. I could have paid the taxi fare on top of what i paid for the hotel and stayed at a better place. Message to Expedia/Hotel - don't advertise a service that is not reliable. Do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here on future trips."

"Hotel was decent, nothing special. Breakfast was ok - not fresh for sure. I was there for 1 week and it was the same everyday, I could tell it wasn't fresh. Only fresh thing was the guy making egg omelette. Surprisingly hardly anybody at the hotel spoke English. Very difficult to communicate, I didn't expect it as you would expect a high end hotel to. I personally wouldn't pay all that money to come here again, would rather pay less/half and go elsewhere. It was my 1st time in China/Shanghai. If I had of known it would be been like that then I would have rather stayed elsewhere and saved some money. As I've mentioned it wasn't anything special."

"I caught cold when I arrived the hotel. The staff there were very kind and efficient. Their robot was very helpful delivering medications I ordered online. Fast and reliable. I like the white congee and pickles there. Nice hotel."
