"Great hotel in a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Just a short 10 min walk down the hill. The hotel must’ve been elegant in its day but seems a little tired. It still has very nice charm and sitting areas outside with gas fireplaces. We didn’t explore the hotel much but the pool and spa sounded nice here. The rooftop bar is fantastic. One heads up - the bathrooms are teeny tiny. "

"We love this hotel. The location is great! It’s right next to Bowens Wharf. We had a beautiful room with a view of the water. We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony looking at the boats. 100% recommend. "

"Everything is fine , especially room is spacious & comfortable & free parking. But it will be even better if there is body wash (not soap bar, very dry on body) available. I will highly recommend this hotel."

"One guy at reception when we arrived. Nice guy, very professional, but one person can only do so much when 5 parties arrive at the same time and the phone won’t stop ringing. The place is clean and safe, but no shampoo in the bathroom."
