"The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful! We had two dogs and a baby with us and they spaced out guests so no one was in the room next to us which helped ease my mind when the baby was weepy. The area was super dog friendly with a rail trail and side walks and plenty of trash cans. There was a beautiful dog friendly beach walk 10 min away and 30 minute drive to Newport. Overall had a great stay!"

"Nice clean comfortable room close to Misquamicut beach and Watch Hill area. Friendly helpful staff. Private town beach pass was unexpected and awesome!! Exercise room and continental breakfast slightly underwhelming."

"Loved the bar/restaurant, conveniently located near restaurants, literally booked it for the hot tub because I was there for a race and it was broken, which we didn't find out until after check in and there were a ton of kids there so we couldn't touch the pool..."

"Fabulous location near Misquamicut beach. Loved the private beach parking and bathrooms. The continental breakfast was good. Nice warm tasty muffins. The things to note is this is a true motel. Our room had a large main window facing parking area and pool. The downside to this was we were on the ground level and had to keep shade closed as everyone could see in. Could also clearly hear folks in next room. Very clean and well maintained"
