I had a very large room at Wall Art Hotel - queen-sized bed, kitchen table, cabinets, desk, plenty of floor space. The hotel staff were pleasant, polite, and helpful. The lift is quite small, so several trips with baggage may be necessary. The room was clean, and was cleaned well throughout my stay, although there were mosquitoes and I got badly bitten, but opening windows was necessary as the room was quite warm throughout the day (at least during my stay in late April). The bed was comfortable...

I stayed here for one week as a sole female traveller and felt very safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. The hotel is only a short walk to the centre of Prato and the Textile museum, which has a fabulous gift shop. There is also a supermarket across the road with everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel as my experience was fantastic.

Amazing experience staying here! The villa is stunning you feel like you’re living as royalty. The gardens are beautiful despite the extreme heat of Italy.
Don’t miss a sunset in the gardens.
We had dinner twice, both nights had lovely food and service. The Buffett breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay.
The shuttle that takes you into town is such a good idea. Even though we had a car we didn’t have to worry about trying to park near the city to explore.
Lovely Villa, thank...
