"This was our second visit to Ship Leopard. The service is faultless. We stayed last year for two days and for our return visit stayed for five nights and were given the same room as last time after we messaged to say how much we liked it. A lovely peaceful hotel The view is incredible and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Hot breakfast is freshly cooked to order and there is plenty of it. Good range of cereal and pastries are also available Parking is free and the carpark is locked at night ensuring security. A five minute walk from the historic dockyard to one side and Gunwharf outlet shopping centre to the other with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Good pubs serving good food are close by and a steakhouse around the corner. Close to bus interchange, train station and ferry terminals. Harbour view rooms have views of HMS warrior, Spinnaker tower and Gosport across the bay. This was our second visit and we'll be back (hopefully in the same room)"

"Room was good apart from the great south view from the 5 large windows has warmed to room to near sauna temp. Just a fan to stir the air with windows wide. No air conditioner. Lobby nice, indoor bar good, outside bar / resembles a basic pub garden, no interest. Breakfast let down by high price and no real coffee. Come on get a machine for proper coffee."

"The only fault was with the window insulation in room 502. The strip of insulation material had come away, so we were able to hear noise from outside. We forgot to report this to reception, so please forward this to the hotel. Thank you."
