There was a friendly welcome and efficient check-in. The room was clean and neat with a comfortable bed and decent bathroom including a bath-shower. It was quiet in the evening and night though there were a few early-shift workers leaving in the morning.

Really impressed with this Hotel. Definetely would not hesitate to stay again. From when we first arrived the staff were very helpful and went over and beyond to offer great customer service. If only all hotels were like this hotel. Definetely deserve to win a Tourism Awards for this area. As for the room, the word 'Wow' comes to mind! We heard no noise at all despite there being a wedding function on.

Staff were very welcoming and chatty. They were also helpful when we needed things. The Rooms were fine but looked a bit tired. The cover had fallen off the bathroom extractor fan and the heated towel rail was held together with electrical tape for example. However the TV had a full range of "freeview" programmes. The adjoining Hungry Horse was useful but very busy as we hit it at 7.00pm on a Friday evening. Breakfasts were Okay. Food was good but orange juice ran out, the coffee was just basic filter coffee that was left warming and there was only "breakfast tea" sachets rather than a selection but prices were very reasonable.
