"This was my second stay at The View. The rooms are generously sized and well-appointed, and the hotel is on a quiet stretch of the seafron, right opposite the beach."

"Staff went above & beyond to help. We had booked Club Deluxe Seaview with Balcony & were given a room on second floor. It was light & airy but it didnt have a private balcony like we had thought - instead it was a terrace that was segmented per room but not very private. We queried this and were offered a room on the 3rd floor. This was much darker and felt smaller. Note - the balcony is only half width & very tiny. We actually preferred the second floor room as it was much brighter. On the second night our tv stopped working but the General Manager Paul was brilliant and did all he could to help. The issue was resolved the following day & we received complimentary drinks. Overall,we had a really nice stay & would recommend the hotel. "

"Very close to Brighton Station and 10-15 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Various parking options close by - Sainsburys is about 10 minutes walk and the cheapest parking option for overnight, although the station car park is right opposite hotel."
