"I had a great start, the only problem was the ac in my room didn’t work. "

"The twin bed room was tiny and mattresses on floor with no bed frame. Stayed w one child who is teenager. The glass enclosure of bathroom was see through. So no privacy. Also could hear the person next room snoring through the wall at night. "

"Do NOT stay here. Every time I took the elevator I had to wait a very long time, literally up to 30 minutes. I had to plan my whole trip around allowing 20-30 extra minutes every time I needed to get into or out of my room. The towels in my room also smelled like cigarette smoke. "

"Absolutely loved it. The size of the room was perfect for two people. The location of the hotel was perfect in walking distance of major attractions in Times Square the bar area amazing service the food amazing service and delicious. They have a coffee shop inside the hotel also delicious perfect 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again."

"The staff was quick and helpful in the check-in process. The area is very convenient and easy to navigate with easy transportation modes. There is an abundance of different types of restaurants to venture and try. Wi-Fi worked perfectly without any issues."

First room had people already staying in it, so serious security breach with no real understanding by staff. 2nd room had piles of dirty towels, open food and drink. 3rd room (where we ended up sleeping) had a fridge full of food and dust everywhere. I wish we’d just left after the 2nd room"
