"I didn’t have water pressure in my first room and then my second room I didn’t have any hot water . In my first room , it was clothes from previous guest in there . Toliey was not cleaned properly . Second room the towels had stains on them but the maintenance man with the dreads was helpful"

The check-in staff was extremely rude, aggressive, and their language was inappropriate. As the face of the hotel, this matter needs to be addressed by management, which I have spoken to. But the hotel stay was great. Clean, quiet, close to the train and the subway, near tons of restaurants and shops. Would stay there again."
