"We have stayed here many times and will be back again. Location is nice and quiet and the staff is just great. The property does need a little makeover but is a great value. "
"Property is beautiful and conveniently laid out. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. Great gym. Would have liked more dining options and pricing is somewhat excessive especially for food and drinks at the pool. Definitely recommend Casa Abuela. The staff was super efficient and could not have been nicer."

"This property was amazing! It was immaculately manicured and staff was so kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and they even had 4 pillow choices. Ac worked great and despite high humidity room still smelled fresh. Absolutely everything was included without hidden charges. Long Hyatt club sales pitch but not a bad deal if you travel a lot. Not much night life but if you are looking for the quiet couples time and a beautiful place to read your book, this is the place. We enjoyed all the restaurants but our favorite was Hymatsu. Whether you ordered ala cart or hibachi some of the best Asian food we have had. Best sushi we have had in a long time. Loved that you did not need reservations. Highly recommend!"
"Place is great! Was a last minute trip and I’m not disappointed. Getting around is very easy with the help of all the carts around, I was just very surprised that the pools closed down at 6pm/1800hrs still plenty of daylight and energy to go around. "
"The concierges services that my family got from this resort is 5 stars. We already received the concierges services days before we arrive to the resort. During the stays, we always have a my teenager children felt very safe moving around by themself giving the adult have more time to ourself to enjoy the vacations. I would definitely look forward to back to this resort. "
