"Good: Very well lit property. The staff was friendly and outgoing. Location was perfect for quick access to Fort Lee and the Richmond airport. 7 eleven on the same property. Reasonable rates. On site laundry facilities. Pet friendly. Bad: The front desk messed up reservations/bookings which led to a room availability and payment nightmare. They did not recognize the booking thru Expedia/online so online discounts may not be used. Credits card may get charged twice. The 'keys' to the doors...
