I loved the clean room the staff was great and it also has a hot tub it the room that was awesome and it was very quiet considering were it's located i felt very safe and had an very enjoyable stay. I will be staying here again

I had a problem with my room and the young lady didn't have a problem with putting me in another room. She was very nice about it. The rooms are nice and clean. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Within the first 5 minutes of being in my room I saw a roach crawl on the wall and my feet were black because they don't clean their floors. Bed was comfortable

The check in was lacking customer service skills. The room was outdated. The furniture was falling apart. The sheets and blanket had holes in them. The showerhead was rusty. The housekeeping knock on the door the next morning after we had only bern there one night. Thankfully there was hot water for the shower. I was glad to check out a day early.
