I want to happily say that the staff at The Microtel compensated me for my last trip, and i am so happy about this, Raj at the front desk is great, and immediately took care of this for me upon arrival, and this stay I booked a suite, wich I can happily say I have been so comfortable in and it is great , convenient,clean, fan works in the bathroom, everything is wonderful, I am so happy as this is my go to hotel , its safe , chill and in the most convenient location... I am very happy with this trip and want to thank everybody from Raj, the owner and desk staff , I greatly appreciate you, it made me feel appreciated as a customer and so happy to be loyal to this hotel for the past 5 yrs...i will continue to come back , it really is the safest hotel in the area, and a chill comfortable vibe!

It was cheap. It was clean, faucet handles were broken, we were only there for a night so I just wanted something cheap with a simple breakfast. It was cheap but the breakfast was the most lacking I've ever had, there were literally only waffles and bagels. Nothing else, coffee was not good and that was all there was! 👎

The past 5 yrs I've stayed at this hotel & watched its ups & downs, front desk staff, Raj is Incredible(literally reason I come here) as is the owner & i feel safe there.Its pretty chill & The best location...ive had some bad experiences lately but this trip I reserved a comfy suite & at checkout was unsure til last mnte if staying 1 more night-The site says platinum members get late checkout but I asked if i could pay to do so as my ride was coming from far & then running late..that being said I clean my room fully, take out the trash , vacuum etc= the only thing left is bed change & I had the door ajar in case they needed to come in-was just waiting for help to carry what I accumulated on the trip & my luggage, I was waiting for friend to help me get out the door(my right hand cant grip rn) & the housekeeper came in Screaming & Yelling at me , brought front desk staff with her(2 ladies)& they Guarded my door as if i was a Criminal! Its mind boggling to me because there are customers that warrant that treatment & Im NOT 1 of them. As I said I would've gladly paid, just needed extra time...Again the staff is usually what makes this place and I'll say again you are supposed to treat your good customers~WELL~I was embarrassed, every1 was looking at me, including owners family~I've seen it all but never see any1 treated like this~Esp FrequentFlyer that they know! With the amt of💲I spend, smh..Raj made my checkin Great, but they need to use that trtmt on the ppl destroying rms.
