"Location was perfect and room was great. Price was much better than the hotels on each side. All rooms are oceanfront and have balconies. One thing I was really looking for was a water bottle filler. Seems like a necessity for a beach hotel. They did have bottled water, but were often out, plus that’s not great for the environment. Also, the pool was closed a couple of days of our stay, but we were there for the beach, so it didn’t bother us. Parking was exactly as I had read in other reviews- very tiny lot in front of building (~15 spots), but other free lot is only a couple of blocks away, so just make sure to get everything you need out of the car before parking and you’ll be fine. Umbrella and chair rental on the beach was $20, so bring or buy your own across the street if you’ll be on the beach multiple days. "
