"Husband and I went up with our goldendoodle, Cheryl and had a wonderful stay at the Golden Ridge Cabin. They had all the necessities there from Coffee to Toiletries. We had a wonderful time as it is close to many of the towns, hiking trails, and scenic views. The beds were comfortable and amenities are refreshing after a long day of adventuring in the great outdoors. Very nice kitchen set up, so if you decided to do a staycation at the cabin you could 100% cook all your meals at the cabin too....

"It was a perfect setting for a much needed getaway and rest. Very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy ourselves. Husband asked if we could stay a couple of extra days-after checking it was already booked. I told him that we would be back. Had a great time fishing off the dock and just hanging around. Only suggestion that I have for guests is to be sure you bring towels, cooking oil, extra paper towells, and coffee/tea of your choice. Otherwise, everything is provided!"

"We stayed 2 night in mid April.We spent 2 days hiking the park. The location of the property was perfect for proximity to the park. We were traveling with our dog and there was plenty of room for him to run around. Be sure to take a stroll down to the river (wonderful bonus)! The views and the deck can’t be beat. "This house is really nice and a perfect spot for 2 adult couples. Bedrooms with their own bathrooms on either side of the cabin, a beautiful overlook balcony of the river, and huge windows everywhere to take in the scenery. The owner was really nice and easy to communicate with via text and gave helpful instructions to find the place. It is far off the main road so I suggest traveling in an SUV or a car well off of the ground. My only star taken was for the accuracy of the listing as it says...

"My husband and I spent a week at the cabin for our honeymoon, and it was amazing! It's such a peaceful and tranquil area. We spent most of our time sitting out on the patio area or down by the river, just listening to nature. The cabin itself is lovely, too. Very comfy bed, nice bathroom, updated and well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend staying, even if just for a weekend!"
