"Located in a very safe area and liked how restaurants where close to the hotel and Central Park is about 6 minutes away which I liked a lot."

"Our room was small but comfortable, and was really inexpensive. The air conditioner didn't work when we got there, and maintenance came quickly to reset it and was very kind. Staff were all really friendly, and you cannot beat this location!"

"The breakfast was pricy so se skipped it. Our room was older and needed a little work. The csrpets were dirty and the wall treatment in the bathroom was coming apart. We were in a room with no view so maybe if we had paid more for a room with a view the room would have been nicer? The hotel is located in an area that is walking distance to a lot of attractions, so that was nice. The line for starbucks was really long every morning, plan on at least 30 minutes wait time or you better go really early or just plan to ho somewhere outside the hotel were they can serve you faster."

"Clean room but very old. Ac shuts off, water drips all night and the sound outside isn’t as bad as the creaking bed or hotel pipes. Staff was personable. Not worth the price."

"Not only did we pay for the round glass room, which was t cheap it had a bug looked like a tick. I felt disgusted they moved me room but after that you question the cleaning. Although Eddie staff member was really sweet concerned and helpful he can not control the slack of his staff which delayed 2/3 hrs at a time for house service & not to mention waiting 20min to even been tended to at the bar which we ended up leaving. Management wanted to give me points due to my experience which is ridiculous and the other manager said she would give me 50%off one night which she didn’t only have me 30% I didn’t even bother to call and fight it I’m tired of the run around vacation is suppose to be an escape not a constant problem."

"AC, Streaming services did not work in my room. There was a a hair(s) in the shower from the last guest. The facilities are very dated. Extraordinarily poor facilities and condition for the price. Would not recommend. I am a frequent business traveler and this by far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in."
