"The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and polite. Location of the hotel was really convenient, grand central station was just a 5 min walk, Times Square and a view of the Empire State Building were a 10-15 min walk. The rooftop bar on the hotel had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and Chrysler building as well as delicious food and drinks. Would highly recommend and would stay here again "

"The location is unbeatable for easy access across the city, but the service was top notch. We had awful neighbors check in, and the front desk didn't hesitate to move us. They were responsive, accommodating, and kind with any request. A house cleaner (I didn't catch her name) kindly let me know it was hotter than expected on my way out, so I was able to change first.
