"Not clean. Not enough towels and the phone didn’t work to call down. Asked for more towels (we had 2 for 3 people) and it never came. "

"Amazing rooms, staff were not friendly"

"I paid extra for a view of the city but the hotels discription of what is catorgized as a city view is a high floor not necessarily a view of Time square. My view was the hotel across the way window. And nothing more. They serve daily breakfadt but the entrance to breakfast is not monitor so it gets very crowded and anyone van access it from off the street. "

"More like a hostel than a hotel! The deluxe room was not very deluxe and very basic … small and outdated … bathroom was grubby with cracks in the bath and paint peeling off the back of the dirty door, grout was black around bath and toilet was dirty … nowhere to store cases or clothes properly … no water or glasses available in rooms … WiFi was intermittent …window view of air conditioning units not NYC! The bathroom ceiling had a bulge and leaked but nothing was done even after we reported it … asked for a room upgrade as we are platinum tier and reception said there weren’t any when we knew there were upgrades to suites … asked for a late checkout for all the inconvenience and given an extra hour! So would not recommend unless you are of school or college age as there were plenty of youngsters there eating takeaway food in the reception area and hanging around… luggage storage also cost us $3 per item which we didn’t expect! "

"The location is amazing. It is located a couple of blocks from Time Square. You will have to walk between 7 and 15 from multiple theaters in Broadway. There are plenty of restaurants and markets for all the tastes and budgets. I felt very safe even walking at late hours. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was immaculate and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and great location to subways, 9/11 memorial, ferries and south street seaport."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The bed was more comfortable than my own and the view from my room was amazing. I did not realize there was a local usage tax of $40 per night for stays in Manhattan, but Sheraton made up for that with $35 a night voucher for their restaurant. The salmon, gnocchi were both excellent and the wait staff so nice. They remembered my order from previous day. The location can not be beat. I will return! "

"Room was clean and looked new. Bathroom was spotless. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was good and smelled wonderful. When we arrived, room temp was too warm, called the desk and they said someone would come adjust the temperature. No one came to change it. Left the window open the entire to help cool it down. "
