"Very dissapointed with this stay. It is in a great location and would be ideal but we had no hot water, and nearly none of the outlets worked. This meant no WiFi, we had to take turns charging phones, the microwave and toaster didn’t work. But really the lack of hot showers was miserable. The water was so cold it was uncomfortable."

"閑静な住宅街です。地下1階のような場所です。照明の電気が切れていたりトイレットペーパーが２名で４泊するのに二つしかなかったり（買い物に時間取られる）とどうしてもホテルと比べると不便さは出ます。無人チェックインなのでIDの提出など全てオンラインで、鍵の受け渡し方法も大変です。一つの経験として受け止めてはいますが、特におすすめはしません。値段もこれくらいのホテルは探せばあるでしょうし、ただの旅行でやや高圧的に感じるやり取りに辟易しました。（私らの質問には答えないor返事が遅い、それなのに鍵やお金のことだけ鬼のようにメールが送信されてくるなど。こちらも移動や観光で忙しいにも関わらず）小さい子供連れの家族には家のように落ち着けて良いのかもしれません。キッチン付きなのは良いです。外食よりは食費が下げられてややヘルシーになるかもしれません。バストイレが一つなのは使いづらいです。"
