"The room was very nice. Ours looked out over a lovely courtyard (which was especially good because the street itself I did not love. Very busy with fast food and souvenir shops). Separate toilet and shower, which is great. The bar downstairs was outrageously loud both (week)nights we were there. Like college-bar-loud. But the room was quiet. The location is very close to the British Museum and Underground stations. Not very impressed with the breakfast, but not terrible (and not included)."

The check in process was not the best though with the staff providing us a slightly delayed check in which would have been ok but they were unapologetic and I felt like being blamed for asking for my room. Only one staff member was like that and others were fine."

"Lovely stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient (just note there’s a £25 deposit, which I hadn’t expected). The room was spotless, and the little touch of chocolate on arrival was a nice surprise. The location is very central, making it perfect for getting around. Overall, a 10/10 stay—I’d happily return!"
