"There was a dead rodent behind the refrigerator in the wall. The room reeked. Get a room that is rodent free and in back. Drunks out front at night were active. A couple was screaming 2-4am one night. Staff was great but room was tiny. "

"Location great for purpose of trip near King’s cross. Did not like that room doesn’t have safety latch on inside of room. No one at front desk or housekeeping answers phone. Shower drain didn’t work so we had to set up a makeshift device so water can drain. Lotion was empty. All in all room did not appear ready for guests. "

We arrived early and were told our room was ready. The 12 check was so handy too and we used the bag drop off confidently. I will book here again with no hesitation."
