"Nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff, clean and well maintained property, for the most part. I wish we were notified about the construction upfront ahead of time, not a deal breaker but I feel important to know. Also, I highly suggest better in room coffee as opposed what is available, really poor quality. Additionally a couple of complimentary bottle of water in addition to for pay bottles are probably in good taste."
