The living room has a seating area with a leather couch & 2 large leather lounge chairs and features a 85" Smart TV. The dining room is just steps away with a large dining table that seats six for the perfect dining experience. The kitchen is expansive, and big in all the right ways! Professional Bertazzoni Induction Range and stainless appliances. Small appliances include microwave oven/air fryer, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, Ninja blender, Ninja food processor, popcorn popper, & toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and table wear. Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs. The full bathroom include custom expansive, walk-in shower, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry area with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board. Outdoor Areas: The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival), Dining table and seating for four and you can grill it up on the gas BBQ. There is a one car garage for guest use. There is also driveway parking for a 2nd vehicle. This home offers a Tesla EV charger.
