Five generations it's been in the family and that's what us locals loved to hear! "Accommodated my late-night check-in. Also, since he remembered me from previous stays, he was not worried about the incidentals deposit. This was a breath of freshair knowing what I have done in the past to help even in the slightest, was not overlooked! I always leave the room ready to just come in and clean up quickly... It's no doubt a big help when you have a full hotel to clean up that day! Glad he recognized that by waiting the deposit and leaving keys hidden for me to get when I arrived. Siri staff you are amazing and don't work too hard! You have impressed and gained another loyal guest!"
