Architectural designed 2 Bedroom town house (main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite), sleeps 6-8. Air conditioned, island kitchen, free flowing living area to large elevated wrap around deck and BBQ / entertaining area, with sea views of the Bay of Islands and Waitangi head land, located 100 metres from Te Tii beach , Paihia. Sleeping configuration -, 1 x queen size bed, 2 x super king singles and a sofa bed in lounge area + 1 King size bed(on request) in the lounge.
Chocolate on arrival. Laundry can be done on request $10 per load. Boasts a large grassed area for your day time activities with parking for a boat and/or 2 vehicles
Stroll along the waterfront to central Paihia with its shops, restaurants, bars and main wharf or you can walk to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and visit the birth place of New Zealand as a nation of Maori and the European settlers.
Located 50 metres from Countdown Supermarket and Caltex Service Station. Action World Paihia, and Waitangi Treaty Grounds are all within a short stroll. The Waitangi Golf Course is just a 3 minute drive away. Kerikeri Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
