"Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect."

"Staff were friendly, check in process was quick and easy. Close to all the places we wanted to go and sightsee, so many nice places to eat, have coffee in Queensway."
"This property is within easy walking distance of Paddington station. We were able to leave our bags in the lobby early in the morning, before our room was ready, on our day of arrival and after check-out on the day of departure, which was very convenient. It was next to the lift, so we expected it to be noisy, but the soundproofing was very good. There were no breakfast facilities, which was fine for us, and it completely served our purposes, we'd definitely stay here again "

I have stayed on the upper floors in front and in back; I've stayed on the LG level; and two summers ago, when I blew out my knee on my trip, Mehdi changed my room--without my asking!--to the ground floor, so I wouldn't have to manage the stairs.
Connan, Paul, Mehdi, Hakeem, and Buddha all took marvelous care of me again. I will be back."
