"The positives: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spaces were absolutely spotless. Be aware that the rooms are predominantly walk ups. There is no elevator on the property. We had members of our party with mobility issues. While the staff was helpful in finding a first floor property for them, you must be aware and notify them in advance if you need accomodation."

"The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful when we arrived before our scheduled check-in time, exhausted after 20 hours of travel. Rooms are tiny and amenities are sparse (no shampoo/conditioner, for example), but this may be typical for the area. Location was very convenient and charming."

"Room was clean but Incredibly hot. (We were there for a hot spell, but it was stiffling hot in our corner room.) Front desk and staff were VERY helpful and accommodating. Location was INCREDIBLE! Paddington station was about a 7 minute walk and it was convenient to all trains. We walked all over London and this was an easy location. Lots of pubs, different ethnic restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Breakfast was acceptable-several options. Might stay here again in the cooler months since they don't have any air conditioning. Otherwise a lovely place! Can't beat the convenience!"

"The staff at The Tudor Court Hotel are amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very accessible by train and bus. You have to consider is located in an older building which makes it look a little older. The rooms are comfortable but small, specially the bathroom. It feels like a plane bathroom. As mentioned by the property there is no elevator and the stairs are very heavy to climb, especially to the third floor. Someone older or with some mobility problem will definitely have a hard time going up the stairs. Having said that I would definitely consider staying again just because of the staff and location."

"The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location. The rooms are decorated like my Grandma’s bedroom was 20 years ago and thin curtains. Bulbs in the bathroom not working and the mattresses have no padding. And that was the improved room they moved me into because the basement room was so disgusting. Avoid this hotel."
