"Customer service and staff are outstanding! It was very clean and the food was good. Easy to get to Universal. They have a shuttle to transport you and comes around about every 15 min or you can walk it in 10 min. Would stay here again."

"Stayed for 1 night on a layover with onward travel to Japan! Hotel is minutes away from LAX, with a free shuttle bus service. We had a booked a room with 2 queens, and room did not disappoint. Pretty spacious travelling as a family of 4 (2 children aged 9 and 12) with adequate room. Would highly recommend this hotel while staying in the LAX area. Side note, 5 min walk down the street is a great pizza joint called zpizza which I highly recommend! "

"Our room was shockingly clean and modern. This building must have gone through a huge renovation in the past few years, because it was much nicer than the location implies. That said, the location is dismal. It's essentially wedged in a highway offramp, and the road noise is very noticeable (but not so bad in the room). There's nowhere to walk at all. The central courtyard is very nice, and the pool (which we didn't use) looked clean and inviting. It also offered free parking, which was a big incentive. If you're looking for someplace clean and affordable, and don't care about the surrounding environment, this is the place."
