"I very much enjoyed my stay here and the view was exactly what was promised. There were a few mismatches from the listing to the actual stay and I imagine it might be from this person managing multiple spaces. There were two queen beds no King beds and the place said parking included... then we had to pay for parking. Other than some of these inconsistencies the host was kind and was timely. I would stay here again when visiting Santa Monica in the future."

"Apartment, building/rooftop amenities and location were all perfection! We had an amazing stay and hope to return to this property in the future. Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. The Nespresso machine was a great but we had to make an early morning grocery run for those basic coffee condiments. "

"The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore Los Angeles. For our budget, it was a great choice, especially because we were interested in staying in a historic building and exploring its history and architectural details. The hotel has a lot of character, and being able to stay in such an iconic Los Angeles landmark made the experience even more special for us. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our room was very comfortable and well maintained. The only minor issue we noticed was that some of the hallways occasionally had a slightly unpleasant or musty smell, possibly from the carpeting, but it was tolerable and did not negatively affect our overall stay. Overall, we had a very good experience and felt the Biltmore offered excellent value, especially for anyone who appreciates historic hotels, architecture, and the history of Los Angeles. We would definitely consider staying here again."
