Only minutes away from 3rd St promenade, the beach, Venice & Montana Ave. Easy access to all main LA attractions. NO parties, NO gatherings, NO events, NO unauthorized guests, unless approved by the owner.

-All bedrooms upstairs (15 steps) with comfortable, luxurious queen beds including Tempurpedic, Beutyrest, TV in every room, charging stations on every nightstand, decorative curtains and blackout blinds, Elliptical trainer in one of the bedrooms
-Two full bathrooms upstairs with separate tub and shower, custom tile work, Italian towel warmers and half bath downstairs
-Gourmet fully stocked KITCHEN is equipped with Viking stove, Bosh dishwasher, Breville toaster oven, two slice toaster, blender, drip coffees maker, milk frother, Krups electric tea kettle, rice cooker, microwave and large French doors LG fridge. Dishes for fine and regular dining provided as well as pots and pans, tea selection, coffee, organic olive oil and condiments
-One of a kind, Zen PATIO. Lush garden, decorative fountain and Tiffany lanterns transform this patio into an oasis. Gardening service provided once a week.

-Electric Recliner and 60" TV in the FAMILY ROOM for your comfort, Bernhardt queen sofa bed, love seat, stackable game tables with games and grand piano (for display only) in the living room
-Parking permit for street parking for up to two cars will be provided free of charge
-Surveillance cameras with 24/7 monitoring are located as follows: 1 camera affixed to the exterior wall above the main entry door; 1 camera affixed to the exterior wall in the patio.
We strive to provide highest degree of cleanness and comfort for you. Pillows are certified by the American Down and Feather Council to exceed industry standards. Each pillow is covered with zipped fully enclosed waterproof, breathable and super soft pillow protector. Each mattress is covered with zipped 6 side encasement and an additional fitted mattress protector on the top. We have no carpet - only hardwood floor and tiles - easy to clean and disinfect.
All changes/moves of the booked travel dates are subject to a cancellation policy. If a date change is required, guest must cancel their existing booking as per cancellation policy and if available, book new nights at the rates stated in the new booking. Credits, if any, may be issued on a case-by-case basis, at a full discretion of the landlord and it does not circumvent current or future cancellation policy.

This place was so beautiful and cozy. We loved the safety of it, the interior design, and how clean it was. We especially loved the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful place. Excellent location for us and plenty of street parking. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Just an excellent place we would revisit if the occasion arose.

we were 2 couples staying in the santa monica area with a car and this was perfect for us. We could walk to whole foods and trader joes and drive to beverly hills, dinners on the beach, shopping etc. Home was super clean and very comfortable. Highly reccommend!!
Very clean and the host is very detailed oriented. Decor is beautiful and furniture is of top quality! The bed in the master bedroom is soooo comfortable! The location is convenient to all the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. The owner and manager of this property thought of everything. The house was spacious, fully stocked, clean, updated and everything worked perfectly. It is well located, within walking distance of restaurants, stores and a Whole Foods. We would definitely stay here again.
The property was very clean and accommodated five very comfortably. Location was very convenient to LA, the beach and the mountains and there are a number of decent restaurants withing walking distance as well as a Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Communication with the PM was seamless.
We LOVED this home!! It felt so quaint. The rooms were so cute, and the beds were very comfortable!! Kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities too as we did some light cooking for breakfast. Location was central to a lot, and a short walk away from Whole Foods for groceries!! Anywhere we needed to go was a short drive away too so that was a plus. Host was super sweet, and ensured our stay was comfortable. 10/10 recommend and will book this place again if I return to Santa Monica! Fit my family of 4 perfectly.
This wonderful home was perfect for us . Access to groceries and restaurants was ideal. We are walkers and we we could walk to the beach , and we enjoyed the local park for a playground and a duck pond . The neighbourhood was beautiful to walk everyday, and we felt comfortable and safe . I would recommend this comfortable, pristine home for any stay in LA.
It was unbelievable peaceful! It's only a block off of Wilshire Ave, near Whole Foods, and you'd think it would have been noisy, but it was very, very quiet. It was an absolute haven for our group at the end of a long day.
The place was spotless and they've thought of every detail. I don't have even one negative thing to say. I had the master suite, with it's gorgeous lighting, high ceiling and giant bathtub. It was all so comfortable and comforting to come back to during a rather stressful week. Felt like home!
We walked in the door and both said “wow”! The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. TV’s in all bedrooms, living room and family room. Adequate paper products and towels, comfy bed, great showers, and a very large space overall. The little outside garden is very nice but it was too chilly to sit out and enjoy it. The neighborhood felt very safe, and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Walgreens and several restaurants a block away. Ample parking on the street as well. Host was great! Highly recommend!
The house is exactly as described and perfect living space for the six of us who stayed there. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all of my questions right away. We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. Other than that, it was wonderful!
