"I'd like to express my appreciation to Mr. Cristian Morales and Ms. Joy at the front desk. Cristian is very helpful, patient, sincere, efficient and friendly while Joy is also sincere, helpful and friendly. They helped me throughout my entire stay at the hotel. Although the hotel does not have any restaurant, it is a convenient hotel where there are a lot of restaurants nearby, even within 30 second walk."
