"It was everything I expected it to be. Comfortable, cozy, relaxing and close to the beach. Every morning I was able to take a walk on the beach, followed by the day visiting family. Enjoyed how close and centrally located it is to shops and restaurants. We even took in a Dodger Game. A very nice place to get away 🏖️"

"If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!"

"We had a lovely time with family here, There was an issue with the oven not heating correctly when we contacted the owner they provided us with an small tabletop oven which was sufficient for our needs.The property could benefit from some TLC but nothing that would affect any stay here. The location was ideal its a lovely safe neighbourhood, close to beaches and shopping.I would recommend a stay here."

"I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available.
