"Very welcoming entry area, room was very clean and the space was very efficiently organized so that even as a small room, it had a full bathroom with tub and shower, including a separate sink/mirror plus another separate area with counter and mirror, with a tiny pod coffee maker. The bed was comfy with many pillows to choose from; and there was a desk with chair for working. The only flaw was the heater/A/C which kept running about every 15 minutes. "

Many people were checking in for a music festival and she got the manager to waive the early check-in fee so that everybody could get to the festival in time.
