"I was very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room was extremely sparse and lacked basic amenities that most travelers expect. There was no mirror outside of the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner provided, and no hair dryer available.
Cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were sticky, and the bed sheets were stained and had black hairs on them when we arrived. The area outside the rooms was poorly maintained, with garbage and cigarette butts left around for the entire three days of our stay.
The TV in our room did not have a remote and would not work on our first day. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were told they could not fix the issue and that we would have to wait until the next day.
The pool area was also frustrating. Our room key would not provide access, so we had to find an employee each time we wanted to enter. Additionally, there were no lounge chairs available around the pool to relax on.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, missing amenities, and unhelpful response to issues made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our visit."
