"Everything was great aside from the pets. I did hear a few barks every now and then. I didn’t notice it was a pet friendly hotel when I booked . I hated seeing mutts everywhere. I will say it didn’t make it awful but there should be a designated floor for guests with pets. Perhaps the basement…..or the 1st floor. "

"Breakfast was mediocre. My first morning, I took breakfast back to my wife and I guess I was not supposed to I didn't read the sign. The next morning, I ask for town service.And when you please pick up the dishes and the person said no problem with a smile. Service was great. But the dishes were left there. The next morning, I mentioned into another person. She gave me attitude because the dishes were not supposed to be in the room. That's why they didn't take them. So I could have done without the attitude. In magically, the elevator stopped working soon as we got there. Other than that, the state was okay. I won't stay there anymore "

"The first room I checked into smelled of vomit; the second room was on a floor where people were smoking in the hallways (not just cigarettes); the third room was next to a room that seemed to be occupied by people who were living there. The ice maker had black things in the ice; the pool was closed; the breakfast was not edible; the police came to the property multiple times; there were people sleeping on the couches/chairs inside of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when going to a Reign game and it seems to have turned into a Hostel not a Hotel."

"It’s like a Studio Apartment. It’s equipped for cooking and serving for 1-2 people. Restroom is modern and amply supplied. The towels are Motel level, unfortunately. It can be noisy bcuz it’s located on a main Street by Ontario Int’l Airport and a Train located directly behind it that runs all night, but not annoyingly loud. The bed is very soft with comfortable pillows. Blackout curtains. A lot of space for clothes in drawers. For the daily rate it’s a great hotel. Rental car agency next door and Bys stop directly in front that takes you to the Ontario International Airport for $2. "

"Walls to thin u can hear everything people was loud all night long and having there kids stomp all night other then that hotel is very nice and clean would stay there again just on the top floor"

"The steakhouse was welcoming, and the food was excellent. When I went to extend my stay, I was told they were sold out and that there was nothing I could do. I am a Gold member, and I felt utterly dismissed by the lady at the front desk. Worst experience I've had with Hilton staff."
