Loved the property! Good eating options. Loved our stay. Only thing was that we tried to schedule a spa day and the phone lines were always busy or no one answered so it never happened

Aside from being historical, i find this hotel to be a place I would never recommend or come back to. I called a few times to fix the safe in our room. They made 2 attempts and still wasnt fixed. I walked to fromt desk and complained about the toilet bowl. Lady at he fromt desk looked like she entered something in the computer. But not one person came up to fix jt. I wasted 4 hours waiting for someone to come back but no one did. At check out, I found out that nothing was even the system related to my request to fix it.
