We stayed at this location for a weekend at Disneyland. It’s about 15 minutes away from Disneyland but it’s a nice clean location off the highway and it’s a beautiful Embassy with indoor pool and jacuzzi, arcade games, gym, indoor fountains, a nice sized bar, and ballroom. No shuttle to Disneyland and it’s about a 40$ ride share ride, same as paying $40$ for parking garage at Disneyland. The beds were super comfy and a/c worked wonderfully. They brought extra pillows, blankets, and towels no problem. Full Breakfast buffet and happy hour is always a nice benefit

Everything was great, breakfast was delicious, room was clean. The only complaint I have that there were no bath towels in the bathroom unfortunately. They probably forgot to put and by the time I found out it was too late to call and ask to bring them. I had to use face towel instead.

The hotel is older, but the rooms are large and the food was great. The staff was extremely helpful. The power had gone out and the system that makes the room keys was down when I checked in. The staff was walking guests to their rooms and checking in regularly to see if we were okay. It was hot inside and they were still assisting with a smile on their face and positive attitudes.

There are few staff around. They don’t use cash or provide smaller denominations of money from ATM withdrawals(which I wanted for tips). Mohammed was fantastic, the rest couldn’t care less about helping with anything. The food was terrible and extremely expensive. We stayed there because it’s the closest hotel to Kaiser Permanente, where my husband had surgery yesterday. I’ll think twice before staying at a Hilton again. Only three positive things to say (except for previous comment about Mohammed). The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the hotel is dog friendly.
