The only downside is that it isn't really "IN" terminal 5. It was a very long walk from terminal 5 arrivals to finally find the front desk. However, I would wholeheartedly recommend it for an overnight at Heathrow, rather than having to take a bus to a nearby hotel."

"The staff on reception were friendly and helpful, however there was no restaurant or bar open if you had breakfast you had to have it in your room, there was only one lift working and hotel looked tired and needed some TLC, definitely not a 4 star hotel, the room was ok bed comfy, shower wasn’t good, lamp shades were grubby, walls, and windows, people hanging around in hallways made me feel uncomfortable, definitely wouldn’t stay here again. 👎"
