"ok, always same breakfest of last Year"

"Room was big and roomy but had no refrigerator and no microwave and I thought thats just the way it was. But last night my last night staying here i saw on the website that there was refrigerators and tea/coffee makers in every room. So I immediately walked up to the front desk and asked about it and an hour later they brought me a refrigerator but by then it was to late to enjoy it!! Leaving the milk out that i bought to have with my cookies that i bought was pretty upsetting !!!"

"The room is extremely large, but the hotel is in very poor condition. The structure, both inside and out, is very neglected. A little more care and repair would make the hotel worthwhile, because it is quite large. They should invest more in the hotel's infrastructure."

"The hotel rooms, hallways and gym areas were clean. Staff did an exceptional job keeping the rooms and insides looking nice. Only bad experience, maid service removed my two unopened green and sweet tea drinks that I was saving for my second of three nights. Recommend giving the staff a roster of new customers vs departing guesting so they do not take this mistake with other new guests. When it rains, a huge and deep puddle is unable to drain on left side of hotel. If you love Waffle House, the hotel has one within walking distance of the front door. An added bonus. In addition, there are several restaurants, BJs, and other entertainment venues near by especially if you have a car. "
