"Overall a great place to stay. We’ve stayed here previously in the summer. The heating system needs updating. On this occasion (Dunedin experienced very cold temperatures) the heating was totally inadequate. Hopefully this feedback will enhance the provision of a great restoration project."

"Robyn and receptionist Katrina could not have done more to accommodate us with my husband working odd hours coming and going. Including late flights, we entered our room which had the heaters on and was warm and homely the first night 11 pm when it was -4 degrees. We stayed a week and I walked everywhere ..."
