"Excellent location, quite, excellent staff (Joanne & Duncan ) and spacious room. Hotel was easy to find and having our laundry washed and dried for NZ$10 was a bonus. Excellent stay and service was outstanding."

"We had a great stay at Aria on Bank! The whole place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were warm with the heating on before we arrived. Great water pressure in the shower and enough crockery and cutlery for our needs in the kitchen. In the reviews we read, there was mention of the parking not being easy, we had the front upstairs rooms and parking for that unit was easy. The staff were very helpful, and any communication prior to arrival was very prompt. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others."

"Great location, easy walk to city centre, botanic gardens and university. Large rooms, good kitchen facilities for breakfast and heating meals up, big bathroom. It is an older building, so some things are not perfect but it is clean, comfortable and warm. We will definitely stay again."

"Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here."
